A phone alarm begins buzzing.

CUT

Matt Steez awakes from a slumber and reaches over to shut off the alarm.

Lying in bed next to him, WOMAN 1, sleeps, on her side, naked and turned in the other direction.

He lifts up the sheet to examine her body and shrugs, smiling. 

CUT

Outside of the house, blunt in ear, Steez walks down the street vibing to a song in his headphones. 

FIONA, young, hip, and beautiful comes running up, chasing after him.

FIONA:

Bruh!

Steez removes the headphones from his ears and turns to Fiona smiling, we continue to track in front of them as they walk.

MATT:

What’s good, girl?

FIONA:

Yo! They’ve been playin’ your shit non-stop! Ever since everyone saw you on the news! 

MATT:

Shit. For real?

FIONA:

Ya. Shit’s hard. I love it.

Steez continues walking down the street with Fiona bouncing at his side. He retrieves the blunt from his ear and lights it, hitting it once and passing it to her.

MATT:

That’s not even the best joint on the project either. Just wait. All my boys are pullin’ up right now.

Steez runs ahead out of frame and leaves Fiona staring on smiling.

FLAVA fades in.

A slew of data-moshing and colorful video game titles flood the screen.
